On the M the coupling is not removeable like it is aon the H. Line up the front (pump side) side of the coupler so the slot is verticle and the pump will be able to slide down. When reinstalling, coat the back side of the coupler with grease to hold it in place while reinstalling the pump. Put a little on the front side also for lubrication. The seal is replaceable after removing the drive flange. Right hand thread on the transmission shaft, left hand thread on the pump.
