If that carburetor has a main jet adjusting screw near the bottom of the carburetor you may have it opened too much. I would close it CW one full turn to see if that helps. The smaller adjustment screw at the top of the carburetor is an air controlling idle screw. By turning this screw CW it will enrich your fuel mixture and by turning CCW it will lean the fuel mixture.
