The leak you are looking at is the seal on the TA pressure dump valve. Once you get the linkage off of the stem, just unscrew the nut and the valve assembly will slide out. There is an o-ring that seals the threaded side of the nut and a lip style seal pressed into ther other end of the nut where the stem slides through. Be sure to wash the area off before you start so you get dirt into the MCV assembly. I usually use brake cleaner for these small areas.
