Hi, The first thing you should do is get a hyd. pressure gauge, Northern or others carry them. Put it on one of the plugged outlets, see if you have at least 800 lbs after it is warmed up. If not your pump is less than it should be, you may be able to fix it reasonably. If you have 800 lbs, your cylinders are to small, then decide if you want to find larger ones or a different pump. Is it a good loader, there are many loaders that work very well on an H or M. Good Luck, Chuck
