I didn't buy a replacement kit. The only bad thing most of the time is the gasket. I took and soaked the carb it looks new. Took out each jet made sure it was clean completly tore it down and used compressed air to blow it out. I need to replace the needle and seat it wont stop the gas. Even with the sediment bulb off it leaks as well so I have a coffee can under the carb right now. I get no difference in engine performance adjusting that screw and it seems like you would see something or hear the engine? am I worng on that? On my cub Carb float I have settings for both directions on the float amount of drop and the closed postion. Chad
