I imagine that most Farmall 240s had fast hitches from the factory. We had a 240U that was from the Texas Highway Dept with no hitch, but Dad bought a fast hitch for it somewhere and we bought adapters for 3 point. I don't know if a 230 hitch or Farmall 340 fast hitch is the same, but someone here will.
