I thought...for some reason...you are in the USN. Take it out to the Naval Base and dock one of those larger vessels with it! :-) I was wondering if you have ever started it up? Change the oil and put some fresh gass in it and see if it will fire up...when you are messing with the battery...remember it is positive ground--and to spin it over good, I would put an 8 volt battery in it. You are going to be able to tell a lot by just hearing it run. TW
