Henry, Tomorrow clear the area of all combustable materials, Fill that cylinder with DSL then put in a splach of gas on top to ignite it with and let it burn itself out. Then take a hammer and block and drive it out. If that piston is more toward the top of the stroke so that there isn't much liquid holding capacity, you may need to repeat the burn process twice or so. The fire will expand the sleeve just enough to get that piston out. It can be save, if need be for future use. Then let the sleeve cool down and use your sleeve puller. Hope this helps.
