getting sleeves and pistons out of block

OK, I have the engine for my 41 A on the motor stand and have removed the crankshaft. Now---number one piston is still solidly locked in the sleeve. All the other came free whhilst soaking them with every known freerupper known to man since last september. nOW THE QUESTION--------- How do I get that sleeve and piston out of the block? I am open to any and all suggestions. Need help please!!!!
