Value of a 350Deisel?

A friends grandmother has a nice original 350D in the barn. Her husband bought it new, To farm his 180 acres. It has sat in the machine shed, seldom being used since they bought a 1066 new. cant remember if it had 2 point hitch or not. Had decent tires. I imagine it will run with a little work. What is a fair price to offer? Or what is market price? I have seen many 350D's for sale. Would like to add to my collection? Thanks.
