After you loosen the bolt you can either get the correct additional bolts needed to push the wedges apart to make them loose or you can use a grade eight bolt or a piece of hard shaft to knock the inside wedge loose then the outside wedge (the one that is against the 7/8" 12 pt bolt head. When I moved mine I jacked the tractor up and turned the wheel so the wedge is on the bottom of the shaft. They popped right loose.
