At least I'm not te only one playing I know a fellow that has an M with a 350,olds dsl. and it sure does look nice he made an adapter plate and bolted it to the tractor bell housing, used the tractor clutch, and all, he said the hardest thing was getting the starter to fit and run the right way using the original starter, this thing runns and looks great. I have a massy 44 and a 350 olds dsl. I am playing with, the massy has a drive shaft, so it will be easier to convert. Have fun you will enjoy it.
