Farmall M - MW Nine Speed Gear Set

Does anyone know where I might locate a M&W nine speed gear set for a Farmall M? Bates corporation had one listed but they sold it about a month ago. Also, are they very hard to install? The tractor I would like to put it in has the factory five speed transmission. Would there be a lot of noise generated from mis-matched gear wear?
