SMDTA help and F-12 steering wheel

I am looking for a steering wheel for an F-12 the original was a cast-iron, 4-spoke, 15-inch diameter, +/- 13/16" keyed center any ideas? Also have a stuck SMDTA tinwork is excellent and is complete was said to be running when parked, no water or anti-freeze in oil. Have tried solvent in spark plug holes and pulling to no avail any ideas? Also any ideas on value, not for sale though, just curious. Thanks in advance. email @ [email protected]
