Thank you for your input both on the F-12 and the SMDTA. I'll do a little more checking on the steering wheel and get back to you. As for the SMDTA, the problem isn't with getting it started, I have several gas starting diesels and get along OK. The problem I have is that the motor is STUCK. I cannot make it turn over at all, that is where the pulling came in. I tried to put solvent in the spark plug holes but do not know if it went into the cylinders. I was looking for input on my options before I tore it down and pulled the head. I'm a little nervous about finding gasket sets, etc... Once again thanks for your input and any other advice you can offer.
