A leakdown test on each cylinder would be more conclusive as to what is wrong. If the head gasket is bad on one cylinder air would bubble in the radiator. OR antifreeze would come outside the block where the block and head meet.

Pressure in the radiator does NOT necessarily mean a blown headgasket. Pressure could be caused by a faulty water pump or thermostat. BUBBLES in the radiator point to blown head gasket. Run the engine with the radiator cap off at operating temp and see if there are any bubbles circulating.
