leaked, but stopped for now

I cranked my M last night and it seeped some antifreeze from the head gasket but stopped.I had stop leak in it because of a block repair.I also noticed pressure after a while from the radiator cap after revving it up.Could a stuck thermostat cause this pressure?I checked the cylinders and no antifreeze was evident and none out the exaust either.This M has not run in a long while but sounds great with over 100 psi per cylinder.
