I appreciate your reply very much. I left work early today as we wer very slow and got into it. I saw that no hoses were broke and started TRYING to get the wheel off. The throttle is no trouble but that wheel...with the center cap deteriorated (gone) and that rusted nut....I have steering whel puller but none of the studs are small enough to fit in the threaded holes AND they are in pretty bad shape rust wise. I am gonna find some studs tomorrow and try to pull that bugger. Again thanks, I will be on the phone at 0700 with IH dealer to get the kit.
