The holes are 1/4 fine thread and i use 2 grade 8 bolts that are 6 1/2 inches long and a steering wheel puller that you can get at sears or any auto parts , to remove the seal first remove the snap ring then set the steering wheel back on but don't put the nut on and turn the steering wheel either way real fast and as hard as you can and it will pop the old seal right out. The rest is simpal.
