Hello Dan. The first production IH crawler was the 10-20 TracTracTor, built 1928-31 with about 1,500 produced. The front idler is smaller diameter than rear drive sprocket and controls are up high on pedistals. Clutches are in rear drive sprocket area. The T-20 TracTracTor was produced from 1931-39 with 15,082 total production. The first 50 produced in 1931 were produced as "Model 15". This was a true crawler not a tractor conversion. Drive sprocked and front idler are same diameter. Round finned plates on rear to access clutches. I have seen T-20's advertised in $3000 range painted and running. A few hundred for a non runner would be reasonable. The block S.N. may also be tractor S.N. as the F-20. E-mail me if you need to confirm this. I own a 39 T-20 with plate in tact.
