Sleeves for H

I am in process of trying to get an H running. The previous owner told me he had broken a piston once and knocked a hole through the sleeve and block, and it was patched, but always leaked. I pulled, pushed, tore out and wrecked two sleeves, but no hole or leaks from there. It appears to have been the head gasket. Now, I need sleeves and was wondering if there is somewhere I can just buy two sleeves and pistons, or do I have to buy a whole set? The cheapest I can find is around $350 for a set. That is through Country General. Does this seem about right? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
