Found a nice Super C.....But??

Looked at a Super C yesterday, has a bunch of extra implements with it, nearly new rear tires, hood a little banged up, original 6v system. But the serial number tag says "model FC". What does that mean? Also has a gear set up coming out of the right side by the brake assembly? Price is $1200.00?
