Thanks again for the comments folks. I'd be more than happy to remove the deck except that I'm from Minnesota, and I purchased this rig at an auction,(no test drive allowed) for snow removal. I am somewhat under the gun to get it done. Does the spider gear remain on the pinion shaft when removed, or does it remain in the differential assy. I'm still hoping that the brake shudder was caused by the shaft brgs. Any thoughts??
