Graytinker, Thanks for the info. My dad also thinks that the relief valve is stuck. I looked at a diagram of the system and I think both of you are on the right track. A Ford mechanic told me that it was a plugged screen but I think he could be wrong. I am going to pull the relief valve first. Thanks Robert WPB, FL
