Certain Mahindra models are derivants of the International B414 (built mid 1960's).The last tractor IH built at the Bradford, England plant of this type was the 384 (built 1977 to 1980). After that the toolage was sold to Mahindra in IH's dying days. Mahindra has resurrected this toolage in India and is able to be competetive selling a 40 year old design. I think the diesel cylinder heads and pistons have been changed since they now advertize the tractor as being direct injection and with no glow plugs.
