The plant in Canton IL where they made those plows still had the painting on the walls from the prior owner of the Plant. Was called the P&O Plow Co., and stood for ? and Orndorf I think. (can't remember the first name. Back in the 50's & 60's thousands of tons of steel went thru that plant every week. And old co-worker at Farmall that worked there for many years said they had a steel storage yard down on the IL River where they would unload barges of steel from the mills out east. The yard covered about 20 acres.
