Old IH 2-14 Bottom Plow

I posted this over on the implement board but haven't had any response so thought I'd try here. Just got an old IH 2-14" bottom trip plow. It has steel spoked wheels on 6x16 rubber tires. The rear wheel is all steel. The part numbers on the main beams are PO 23402A and PO 23403A. Anyone know what model this is?
