The H (C152) has what I call a dry-sleeve engine. You should be able to put it right back in. If it were mine, I would clean it out good,(hone the sleeve), and clean the cylinder in the block. I would hone that hole very little if any but make sure the land at the top is really clean (same with the top of the liner)so it will go into the block to the right height. The fit between the liner and the port in the block need to fit well in order for the heat to transfer well. If it fits too loosely,you can smear a minute amount of valve grinding compound on it in order to "snug" it up. This will not only make a tight fit, it will assist in heat transfer.
