has any one out there had an oppertunity(sp) to repower an"M" or "F30"? I've had my H for ever and love it. I bought a vermeer 504g baler this year and the dealer told me the oliver 770 I had would handle it fine. Well, he was wrong. I have always loved Farmalls and would jump at the chance to sell my good old ollie to run it (baler) with the red. I have found a complete M and a Incomplete F30 locally. I would very much like to "repower" either of these old gals to suite my horse power needs (70hp). Some one told me that they had heard of an old international truck v8 that should bolt to the M. Any one heard of this? I also heard of people droping chevy 6 cyc and 8cy in to the F20s and F30s via connecting with ujoints. I know smart people would just go buy a 560 or 656 but with the current economy I'm not that smart! thanks for any help in advance Dan M. in Amsterdam Mo.
