I have an LP gas furnace of 50,000 BTU. My shed is 24 by 38 by 12 but I only plan to heat the equivalent of one space big enough to enclose one tractor or other vehicle. Will do the dividing with 6 mil plastic sheeting overhead and hanging on two sides. The other two sides are outer insulated walls of the main building. The flexible plastic sheeting allows for easy move in-move out of larger tool items as needed so they aren't all in the way at the same tiem.
