Bill, as was suggested grease up the bearings. I am suggesting you check the governor throttle shaft housing, the tube betweenthe carb and the governor....our old M was clogged with dirt so tight the throttle shaft wouldn't respond, cleaned her out and it worked like new...50+ years of dirt in it, in the air, in the oil...,also make sure there is no baked grease and dirt interfering with the governor weights. It s strange that your H worked well and then quit..I hope its something simple like clean and lubricate..Good luck from MIke in Exeter Ontario
