Structurally, not that bad. a small crack such as that isn't going to make the tractor fall in half. the only thing that could be damaging is if it leaks out all the oil, and your gears are running dry. other than that, you're not looking at anything serious. as for repairing it, there's not much you can do. a few things u could do would be to braze it, but i discourage this, to replace the entire casting, which would be the best repair, but incredibly expensive, or to use some type of sealer or epoxy, such as JB Weld. the biggest problem with this is getting anything to adhere to the metal, since it is covered in oil. the only way to do this would be to remove all the oil from the area, and remove th oil residue with some type of degreaser, and then apply the stuff. either way u go, good luck.
