The fuel coming out means that either
the carb float is not floating or the needle
is not setting properly (either replace or
needs cleaning) As for the fuel pump, my td-6 and all that
I have seen have gravity feed. Perhaps,
it is a newer model. Where is your gas
tank located? If you do need a fuel
pump, did you get the correct one, maybe
the new pump is more powerful.
