First check to make sure the fuel tank is empty and clean. You will need to use a lead additive with whatever fuel you use, since that engine won't have hardened steel exhaust valve seats. Add gas to the tank. Then a new battery. Then I would change the oil and filter, (if it has a filter). Then pull the plugs, and pour about 1 Tbs oil in each cylinder. Pull the engine thru without plugs until you get oil pressure. Be sure before you try to fire it that the plugs have spark. The condenser may have gone bad over the years. Reinstall the plugs and give it a try. Since the engine ran the last time it was turned, the only problem you might have is with the rings sealing to the cylinder walls. The engine will smoke some at first until the rings get used to sealing again and all should be well. Let us know how it goes!!!
