I don't know what model of farmall or International tractor that you would like to have a hand clutch on. The overcenter clutch that is used with hand clutches can be installed in just about any tractor whether it was an option or not. I might take some custom work for the hand lever but I think that would be easy. The flywheel and clutch disc are the same only the pressure plate is different. All of the W series were available with hand clutches. Being as the W-4 used the same engine as the H, the W-6 used the M engine. I would think you could find all the associated hardware at one of the many tractor wrecking yards.
