My MD had a cracked block, and in talking to our local repair shops everybody told me that it was not repairable. ???????? But that's been about five years ago so maybe the art of block repair has progressed. I was told that you could replace the sleeve but it would still slowly leak between the new sleeve and the block, and you would still be seeping antifreeze into the oil.
