You are looking for part # 55013 DXA which was supplied on tractors serial # 15878 to 117999 when the 1 1/8" diameter PTO shaft attachment was ordered.
The longer style PTO safety shield was supplied when the 1 3/8" diameter shaft became the industry standard for 540 RPM. IH made the change at serial # 118000. Earlier tractors could have the later style large shaft PTO attachment retro-fitted if the correct transmission countershaft gear was installed. Look in your H & HV parts manual for further information.
