Mike, Your the guy I've been looking for. I've got a 154 with the starter/generator and have been wanting to know about changing to a conviential starter and a alternator. Your explaination in converting seems pretty straight forward. Are you still satisfied with the conversion? Apparently the 184s are set up this way. Did you have to alter anything else or does the starter just bolt up? Any other info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Burlon
