I've got a 300 U and I think I'd recommend an over running clutch on anything that doesn't have its own. Without it you have to be carefull taking the pto out of gear as when its completely stopped there is a brake that holds it. I've always been concerned about tearing up the brake band if I stopped something too quickly - they cost a lot of money to replace - a lot more than an over running clutch.
