460 problems

I just got a 460 gas with a Oliver loader and the hydraulic pump runs longer than it should. After I lower the loader for example you can hear the pump still running. It is choking out the tractor. Could the aux. remote hyd. lines be crossed? I had it in 1 st gear going up a hill and had to give it full throttle so it wouldn't die. My manuals haven't come in yet. I hooked up the 3 bottom fasthitch plow I got with it and it leaks off and the plow digs into the ground, I have to keep pulling the lever to keep it up. I am a Case man myself and this is my first Farmall. Thanks for the help.
