Likely the shaft seal on your belly pump is leaking. It can leak if the tractor is running or not. As long as the tractor is running and the clutch is engaged, the belly pump is running unless the drive coupling has been removed. I don't think your leak would be the rear engine seal. If that leaks, it is going to come out the hole in the bell housing right under the engine flywheel. If you take the belly pump out to replace the shaft seal, you should also replace the transmission counter shaft seal while you are at it. That is the shaft that comes out of the transmission and drives the belly pump. When you take it out, please know that the couplings ends on the shafts are threaded onto the shafts and both unscrew in a counterclockwise direction. Sometimes they are real hard to get off.
