Yes,
The square front axel and the foot throttle were standard on the International (vs the Farmall) A's and Super A's. The International was considered the industrial version. Stickers either were Farmall or International, and I think the metal nameplate on the grill also read International on the pre-Supers. I heard that eventually they even stopped using the square axel because tests showed the round axel was just as strong, and they didn't have to stock two different parts. I think the high clearance versions (AV/Super AV's) also used the square axel housing.
