Looking for specs on IH B275 Diesel

My brother is the proud owner of an IH B275 Diesel, serial # 1757 manufactured in England in 1960. Are we right in thinking this model was only made from 1959-1961 ? I have been trying in vain to find any technical info, specs etc (Nebraska test # 733 results from 1960?)on the net-lots around on early Farmalls, but nothing on this model. Can anyone help ?
