I would start out by dumping that gas and put in fresh. My Farmall wouldn't start and continue running last year and it was so full of water you couldn't tell the water from the gas even though it smelled like gas. It did look sort of clearish thin. Also pull the drain on the float bowl and make sure theres gas coming out. If not you may have an obstruction in the fuel outlet of the tank, done that with Fergy. Tap the float bowl a few times in case the float is stuck too.
