Need some advice

In the Jan-Feb 2001 edition of Redpower magazine there is an advertisement for THE SHOP. They have a tank sealer chemical to seal leaky fuel tanks, has anyone used this product and does it work? I have a Super M that is leaking around one of the rivets where the stud goes into tank. How does this stuff work?Thanks.
