It's blowby!!!!!not serious,If your c's been sitting a lot the rings may be stuck. It happened to my super c too. Just hook her up to something that will give her a load and in a few hours i'll bet she will have less blowby, There is a possibility of needing an overhaul but that is the best way to find out. If she uses a lot of oil and fouls the plugs under load it's probably overhaul time.
