Planting grain sorghum

just saw the results of planting milo (grain sorghum) and it looks like it have planted too close in the rows maybe as close as 2 inches. Will I have problems or will I need extra fertilizer. Any way to correct the problem. 30 inch rows on 7 acres. Thanks for the help.

Nah, youll do alright with that. If you think your lght on the fertilizer and have the means to, wait until it starts to head out and refertilize. I can do this because I have a F=30 Farmall with a wide drawbar which lets me swing it far anough to one side tio (1/2 lap) the planter in the rows and I can go back inbetwseen the rows with the planter and apply fertilizer. If you cant do this, as I said, you should be alright
