Hey MN Joe in reply to popcorn, 04-21-2009 10:25:35
let me ask you something. Why are you here??

Ive never once seen you

-post or reply anything anything tractor realated. This doesnt include any of the tractor related threads youve hyjacked
-agree with someone, you always have to be against the grain
-get in an argument not started by yourself

So, what tractors do you have?? Or what tractor (s) would you like to get?? What kinda animals do you have??

Why, exactially, are you even here?? All you do is chase people around shoving your views and opionions down other peoples throats.

Lanse, you will notice that folks like to be in control,,, telling others what to do,,, I simply point out some mistakes, and they take offence to that ..

although I use the bible as my guide, thats something most will not accept,, this is an evil world we live in,,, just look at the news and see what come about..

now I'm not saying I'm perfect,, I make mistakes also ,, and have receieved very good advise on this forum,,, you just have to weigh the results ...

the Blessedness of life depends more upon its interests than upon its comforts ..

If "the True Church is in one's Heart"

YOU haven't the right to judge anyone, and should take your irritations elsewhere.

Dont even get into a conversation with Mn Joe, Lance. Do NOT give him your email. You are too young, and impressionable. Do what a few of the rest of us did. Pring out his preaching and share them with your pastor, Minister, or whomever you worship with. I do know he likes Kubota, but dont let that become an inside edge for him.

Nancy, I would like to apologize to James and yourself for the verbal assualt this poster has pummeled you with. I come from a background that is very well grounded in a true christian faith, and because of that holiness foundation, find it very difficult to deal with people who think they can show the love of Christ by casting judgement on all around them. I have spent several years following the ministry of the Rev Billy Graham, and it amazes me how that man can preach conviction like no one else can from the pulpit but in person is never judgemental. Everyone who meets him walks away just stunned by the love of Christ that exudes from him. I wish we were surrounded by people who had the depth of faith like great men like him, instead of the self righteous charlatains we keep encountering.

third party image Will Rogers once said "A remark generally hurts in proportion to its truth."

I sincerely appreciate your concern and thank you for your kindness, but there is no reason for you to apologize to me.

One of the things I've learned over the years is that every story has at least two versions of the truth.

Somewhere in the middle you try to find some common ground and build from there.

I've taken some time to read several of MN Joe's posts/replies on the Tool Talk forum.

What I have discovered was that I share some common ground with a fellow named Joe in MN.

Here's what we share:

We are both military veterans. Joe, thank you for your service.

We both use Stihl chain saws; mine wear out faster than his.

Joe is exactly right; the most common injury with a chain saw is cutting your left leg just above the knee. I've got 2 deep scars to prove it, but don't expect any photos to be posted.

Joe's father had a David Bradley chain saw; I have my granddaddy's David Bradley chain saw.

We don't care much for cell phones.

We both have country homes with water wells.

We both have wood burning stoves; Joe also has a coal burning stove.

We both have big trees around our homes.

We both have Home Made 4 wheel trailers.

Joe had an electric wood splitter, I have just had a hydraulic wood splitter built. Photos to come later.

Joe's got a red tractor, I have green tractors; but we both have a tractor.

We both are interested in pole barns.

We both have little respect for grease guns.

This is the fellow, Joe in MN., that I would like to talk with.

I'll close with another Will Roger's quote: "Don't let yesterday use up too much of today."

Thanks,
James L. Howell

It's just like I said,,, people want to be in control, of others more then them selves, what do you know what Nancy and James want?,,

IF they say their Christian people, and I point out to them that being a Chrsitain is much different then what they are living, then it's up to them to make a choice, and it's all about choice,,, just like your making a choice to send me your comments.

I think your having a problem with having free speech in this Country,, you should live in Arabian countries,, then you would have a different tune,,, and so would I,,, but for now,, I chose to live in a Free Country, and if you don't like what your reading,, then don't read it ... it's all free ,,, ha ha ha ha ha

Joe, you sure like stirring the pot, don't you?
John and Paul were both truly blessed men, but the verse from Luke was printed in red ink, (quoted by Jesus) while the verses you quoted were in black ink. Is that the difference that we should know?
This is my last response to this thread.

Chuck == the pot gets stirred only by the guilty, (this is the difference) The COMPLETE Bible is by the Hand of God, there is NO Private Interpretation, 2 Pet, 1: 20 -- the Red is what God said, HIM being on earth,, the black is what He gave us through His Disciples.

IT"S ALL BY HIM ...

The more I study the Word, the more hypocites like Joe bother me. He is judging James and Nancy, saying they are living in sin. Yet what the good saint doesn't know is at what point in their life this fine couple gave their lives to Christ. My Bible says that when we come to Christ and ask for forgiveness, the Father not only forgives us but also forgets the sins, the Bible says they are cast as far from the Lords memory as the east is from the west. So while these wonderful people have been forgiven by their heavenly father for any sin, the good saint Joe thinks he is righteous enough to judge for sins the Father knows no more.

blinwmiaol, I have to teach you every little detail,, just cause your so very blind.... you don't know what Adulterly is: see Romans 7: 2 - 4. For every women / man which has a husband /wife is bound by the Law to her husband / wife. as long as they live.

So then if, while they live, and married to another, they shall be called an Adulter, Adulteress, but if the husband / wife is dead, they shall be Free from the law, being married again.

NOW,, you are Dead to the law by the body of Christ, if you are married to another, as in Adultery, and you cannot bring forth fruit to God.

SOOOOO O<,,, you can ask for forgiveness all you want,,, and stay married in SIN,,,, your NO FRUIT and DEAD unto GOD ...

I JUDGE NO ONE< I simply preach the TRUTH ,,, and like it or not,,, you will serve the consequences .... got it ????? ????? ????? ???

YOU Just don't understand what the Bible says,, is your problem,,, and maybe you NEVER will understand...

Yes,, Father God does forgive us through Jesus, for our sins,, but NOT if we continue in them. Just as He told the Women caught in Adultery, John 8: 10 & 11. GO AND SIN NO MORE ....

ADULTERY is a continuation if you live with the Adulterer or Adulteress ... that's a no brainer, but maybe our lacking in that department ..

Why the concern over someone's second marriage when there are numerous other sins on this site that go "unpunished?"

Got a problem with marriage, Joe? Living in a bad one? Maybe one with no "consummation?"

Or, maybe still living in Mom's basement?

As you just said, we all sin. Why are some sins worse than others?

Billy,,,, I did not say I do not like them,, What they are doing is stating that they are religious, and yet,,, live in sin,, which is their choice,,

All I am doing is pointing out the mistake in their lives, and they have a choice to accept or deny their choice,

I would hope that some one would do the same with me,, although, all I've seen so far is that they don't like me pointing out what the Bible says,, it's not what I say that counts. it's what God says... I'm just a middle man, who gets the grief.
