Woke up at 4:30 when furnace came on. Thermometer says 42 degrees No wonder tomatoes are turning purple. The Fire engines went out at five, so stayed up. See Allan is up. He never sleeps. Looked at some of the tonado damage at Gilcrest yeaterday..what a mess. Feed yard is all gone except house. No sign of where the hay stacks went. About 35 miles of damage. No rain here...Got buckets on my tomato plants and then rocks on the buckets. They said tornado here at Kersey yesterday, all I saw was dust.

You could send a little of that cool weather south if you are tired of it.
76 deg here at 7am. Headed for 90 today.
We will be picking tomatoes here is a week or two. In fact some are most likely picking already. Corn is full of tassels already.

Hope everyone made out alright in the storms.
This has been one strange year for weather.
