(I posted this on the Massey board too...)Hi everyone I went home today and today was very fruitful. I figured out why I couldn"t get juice to the harness - I didn"t check the splice I had made last year so I replaced the splicer and it did begin to turn over. I finished putting in the new Autolite plugs, reset the points/condenser on the distributor, got fuel to the carb and I started to turn it over. I have a nice, fat blue spark from the coil as well. It acts like it wants to fire and it starts to sputter after about 10 seconds but it won"t. Its like a deep throated sputter (putt-putt-putt-putt) I know with a degree of certainty its got everything it could ask to start combusting. I also checked the air filter just to see if there wasn"t any obstructions...as far as I could tell there wern"t any. I"m close and I have the nasty clothes hands and smell to prove it but I"m not close enough to get that cigar. Any ideas? Christos
